대여금

1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 203,350,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 7, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

From June 30, 2005 to November 18, 2005, the Plaintiff leased total of KRW 301,450,000 to the Defendant on five occasions, as shown in the following table, without the agreement of the time of return.

On June 30, 200, 100 on June 30, 2005, 10,000 on August 19, 2005, 30, 42,100,000 on August 19, 2005, 30, 49,350,000 on September 13, 2005, 10,000 on September 13, 2005, 301,450,000 on the aggregate of 10,00,000,000 on November 18, 2005, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 98,10,000 on the aggregate over 38 occasions under the pretext of repayment for the above loan from July 28, 2006 to March 5, 2012.
