A. Defendant A: (a) The judgment of deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) only submitted a written objection to the purport that the original copy of the payment order is served, and that Defendant A did not submit a reply or a preparatory document that contains specific contents, and did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to a confession under Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act.
