마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The evidence seized shall be forfeited from the criminal defendant.
Punishment of the crime
[Attachment] On November 29, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 29, 2006 and completed the execution of the sentence on August 22, 2007.

1. The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
On February 2, 2008, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs possessed by scambros, in the vicinity of the construction site located in the Seocho-si, Gyeongcheon-si, and in a way of mixing them with coffee, at least 0.03g of the psychotropic drugs (one penphone, hereinafter referred to as the “philophones”).

2. At around 16:00 on September 17, 2009, the Defendant sent a disposable son to E, which contains an amount equivalent to 0.03 grams in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D hotel coffee shop, and a written opon 0.03g.
The Defendant received such philophones.

3. On July 12, 201, at the beginning of 12:00, the Defendant: (a) received F’s request to seek phiphones from F; (b) received 2 million won from G; and (c) received from G separately from G, the Defendant received 2 million won of the said f, and (d) 3 of the one-time injection devices, which include the amount of 2.4g of phiphones from G, and f again filled 3 of the said one-time injection devices.
The Defendant assisted the trade of philophones as such.
4. On August 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) received a request from H to the king of the king of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Diplomatic Zone; (b) received one million won from H to the king of the king of Seongdong-gu, Seoul; (c) received 1 million won from H; (d) obtained a separate Y from Y to Y, G, the Defendant 1 million won of the said 1 million won of the king of the king of the king of Seongdong-gu, Seoul; and (e) gave H a single divers of the said divers of the instant divers of the 0.8g of the philopon from G.
The Defendant assisted the trade of philophones as such.
5. The Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on the same day as the foregoing paragraph 4 above; (b) on the passenger car of the said H which was parked on the road near the said king PWW, F, H.
