The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who operated a general restaurant in the “C” in the Main City B.

Although the Defendant intended to invite Shosian D to the above restaurant, the exclusive use area of the above restaurant does not exceed 200 square meters with the exclusive use area of 181.15 square meters, the Defendant intended to alter the “place of business” portion of the business report certificate.

1. Around April 7, 2017, the Defendant altered official documents issued a copy of a business report certificate under the name of the head of the F Dong in the original city F-si, which entered the business area in the blank column in the original city, at the F-si Office located in the original city, the Defendant entered the original copy of the business report in the Defendant’s office located in G in the original city, and printed out the “200.48 square meters” in the “area of the business site” column using the computer without authority to exercise the right to use, thereby altering one copy of the business report certificate under the name of the head of the Dong in the original city, the head of the Dong without authority.

2. The Defendant, on April 8, 2017, submitted additional data on the application for recognition of visa issuance to the above Chinese person at the public service center of the foreigner immigration office in Chuncheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, which was located in Chuncheon-si, and exercised the altered official document as if it was issued genuinely.

3. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act submitted additional data to apply for the issuance of visas to the above Chinese people at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (2), and applied for a false visa or visa issuance certificate to allow the alien to enter the Republic of Korea by presenting the modified business report certificate.
