A. The rest of the plaintiffs except the plaintiff AF entered into an employment contract with the defendant and served as a street cleaners, and the plaintiff AF was employed as a street cleaners on May 3, 2010 and retired on May 3, 2010.

Article 21 (Work Hours) of the Collective Agreement dated March 31, 2008, the defendant shall not exceed 40 hours a week and eight hours a day, excluding recess hours.

Provided, That the daily working hours of the union shall correspond to each paragraph when issuing an order to work on Saturdays due to unavoidable reasons.

1. Daily working hours of 05:00 to 17:00 (hereinafter referred to as the same season) 05:30 to 17:00;

3. 휴게시간 ＊ 조식시간: 08:00~09:30 ＊ 중식시간: 12:00~14:00(하절기) - 토ㆍ일요일 및 공휴일 제외 12:00~13:30(동절기)

4. 토요일근무시간(전체근무) ＊ 05:00~08:00 조기청소 ＊ 08:00~09:30 조식시간 ＊ 09:30~13:00 오전청소

5. 매월 일요일 및 공휴일 (60명 이내) ＊ 토요일 근무시간과 동일

7. Where cooperative work is required due to inevitable circumstances in cleaning work, it shall be notified to the trade union of this case, and overtime work allowances and night work allowances may be paid to overtime work.

Article 23 (Compensatory Holidays) The defendant shall give members paid holidays under the following subparagraphs, but paid holidays shall not cause inconvenience to citizens by carrying out leaps or early work, etc., taking into account the local circumstances, and the defendant and the trade union of this case may change them through mutual consultation:

(2) An annual leave and allowance shall be paid on one day per week, national holidays, national holidays, and national holidays, and temporary holidays determined by the State pursuant to Article 24 of the Labor Standards Act.

1. The defendant shall grant 15-day paid leave to workers of not less than 80 percent of a year;

2. The defendant shall grant a paid leave of one day when he/she starts his/her continuous service for a period of less than one year;

3. The defendant shall give 15 days of paid leave for work for the first year and shall be subject to the provisions of paragraph (2) of this Article.
