The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
In light of all the sentencing conditions indicated in the records and arguments of this case, including the records of the defendant's like crime and the fact that the defendant's blood alcohol concentration was somewhat high, even though considering the fact that the defendant's family relationship, victims, and the victims do not want the punishment of the defendant, the punishment imposed by the court below for the reasons stated in its reasoning is too unreasonable.
Since the appeal by the defendant is groundless, it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
