1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 222,265,865 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 27, 2018 to the day of full payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the payment order was issued on June 20, 2016, stating that "B&S Co., Ltd. shall pay to the plaintiff 192,380,936 won and its delayed payment and its delayed payment and its demanding procedure expenses," and upon the plaintiff's application, the payment order was finalized on July 9, 2016, and the principal and interest based on the above payment order was paid on July 11, 2017; the debtor B&C Co., Ltd.; the debtor Co., Ltd., Ltd. and the third debtor to the defendant for the payment order was issued on June 201, 2016; and "S&C Co., Ltd. shall pay to the plaintiff 192,380,936 won and its delayed payment and its delayed payment; and the defendant may be found to have been issued on July 11, 2017."
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above collection amount of KRW 222,265,865 and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 27, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
2. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
