A. The Plaintiff is a company that engages in the export and import business of raw materials, and the Defendant is a company that engages in loading and unloading containers for export and import and transportation business.

B. On September 3, 2014, Hansung Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea”) entered into a contract (hereinafter “the instant basic contract”) with the Defendant to keep Altraminum Slab and Sgot in a warehouse (hereinafter “the instant storage”) on September 3, 2014, under which the Defendant and the Defendant agreed to keep the goods for which the Hansung requested to keep in the Tteinor under the said basic contract (hereinafter “the instant additional contract”). In addition, Han LME Co., Ltd. entered into a contract (hereinafter “the instant additional contract”).

The main contents of the instant basic contract and additional contract are as follows.
