Defendant

B On April 11, 2017, in support of the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court, a two-year grace period is sentenced to imprisonment for a crime of fraud for six months, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on April 19, 2017 and is currently under probation period.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On November 14, 2017, at around 13:20, the Defendants: (a) committed theft and theft with the items equivalent to KRW 8.50,00 in total of market prices, such as at least 850,00 won of Onnuri gift certificates 80,000, after releasing the corrective device of the entrance door from the place of the victim’s house to the place of the victim’s house, and entering the place of the victim’s house with the network reported by Defendant A, Defendant B, and C, in advance, from the place of the specially produced transmission and the steel shed; and (b) by entering the victim’s house.

B. Around 16:00 on November 14, 2017, the Defendants received the victim I’s house from G 1, G 1, 2017 through G 209, and Defendant B and C sought the correction device of the entrance door from the front place of the house to the outside of the house, and entered the victim’s house to the front place. However, the Defendants did not find any stolen object but did not commit an attempted crime.

In addition, the Defendants did not commit an attempted crime, including that, from the time on February 28, 2018, up to December 12:30, 2018, the Defendants attempted to steals goods owned by the victims by the aforementioned method nine times in total, but did not find any stolen goods, and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and C;

A. On February 5, 2018, the Defendants 13:40 on February 5, 2018, were in front of the Victim K’s house operated by JJJ 307, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, and Defendant A was in front of the house.
