1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of BK3 cars in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On December 13, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on December 18, 2019, and proceeded with the two-lane roads around the 49 km located in Seonam-dong Seosung-gu Seosan-dong, Daejeon, with one-lane roads around the 49 km located in Seonam-gu.

At the time of night, the front door door door door was set and the front door was set by vehicles, and thus, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to look well at the front door and reduce the speed of the driver. 2. A violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) was driven by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 4 km from the 4km to the place indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article on the roads adjacent to the Seonam Highway Line, Seonam Highway Line (53.92 km) located in the new dong-dong, Daejeon Metropolitan-gu, Daejeon.
