(b).
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance in this case is as follows: (a) although the result of the fact-finding on Gap evidence Nos. 56 through 60, which is the evidence additionally presented in the trial, is difficult to believe some of the evidence, or it is not sufficient to accept the facts of the first instance or to recognize the plaintiffs' assertion, the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is cited pursuant to Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
