A. The Plaintiff and C’s relationship 1) around May 2009, the Plaintiff introduced C, a constructor, in the process of executing the construction of the multi-family house in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and completed the construction of the said multi-family house with C while maintaining internal relations with C, and the construction of the said multi-family house was also entrusted to C and completed around May 2010. 2) The Plaintiff was appointed as the site manager around February 2010, when the construction of the said multi-family house was in progress, and was conducted from April 201 to March 201, 1, 200, 200, 3) the construction of the said multi-family house with C, while maintaining internal relations with C and completing the construction of the said multi-family house with C., and 4) the Plaintiff was conducted as the site manager around May 2010.

B. In order to invest in the above I multi-family house construction project, C paid the Plaintiff KRW 3 million on May 28, 2010, KRW 300,000 as the purchase fund for the above I land, KRW 3 million on June 1, 2010, and KRW 3 million on June 15, 2010, respectively. 2) On June 3, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with K to purchase the above I land under the J’s name, and paid KRW 4 million on the same day to K deposit. On the same day, the Plaintiff borrowed the name of J from the 15th of the same month, and opened the deposit account (CF) in its name, and deposited the above land in the above account under the name of Kim Jong-soo’s name and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the same date.

3. The inspection of completion of the above I multi-family house was completed on November 2010, and C was granted a loan of KRW 380,000,000 to the above I's land and building as security in the name of J on December 3, 2010, and repaid KRW 110,332,712 to the above Kimhae Livestock Industry Cooperatives.
