1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 45,00,000 and KRW 40,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5,00,000 from October 1, 2012 to KRW 5,00,00.
Reasons
The Plaintiff loaned KRW 35,00,000 to the Defendant on August 1, 2012, KRW 5,000,000 on August 31, 2012, and KRW 5,000,00 on September 29, 2012, with interest rate of KRW 2% per month and due date of repayment as of December 31, 2012. The Defendant paid only interest of KRW 35,00,000 out of the above borrowed amount until September 2012.
