The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant B guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning and found Defendant B not guilty of the crime, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant B guilty, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the

On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the judgment of conviction against the defendant A, but it does not indicate the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and does not find the reasons for appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
