1. The sale price shall be 30 square meters in F. F. 330 square meters in Jung-Eup and the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the sale price shall be attached.
1. The land indicated in Paragraph 1 of the Notice of Claim is jointly owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendants, according to each corresponding ratio listed in the separate sheet of co-ownership.
However, since the Defendants did not comply with the Plaintiff’s claim for partition of the jointly owned property, the Defendants filed a claim for the auction partition of the pertinent land as the instant lawsuit.
