Reasons

1. On May 29, 1994, around 06:52 on May 29, 1994, the penal provisions applied to a summary order subject to review on May 2, 1994, which was committed by an employee of the defendant, have lost its retroactive effect in accordance with the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality. Thus, the defendant is acquitted in accordance with the former part of
