As the provisions on statutory interest rate in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits for Three grounds are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015, the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, are recognized.
