1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who engages in wholesale and retail services, such as remote areas, with the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is a person who performs construction works with “D”.

B. On November 28, 2018, the Defendant contracted four apartment buildings from the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment management body (hereinafter “instant apartment buildings”), and requested the Plaintiff to execute the instant construction of the instant construction works for the instant construction works for the instant construction works, around November 28, 2018, after having been awarded a contract for the construction of the instant construction works for the remote area in common areas, such as the hallway, G, H, I Dong, and common toilets (hereinafter “instant construction works”). The Plaintiff, from the point of December 10, 2018 to the construction cost of KRW 100,000,000.

On December 7, 2018, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to increase the amount of KRW 120,000,000 to KRW 120,000.

Accordingly, the defendant will pay up to 115,000,000 won.

However, in order to accept the Plaintiff’s request that the Plaintiff continue to request KRW 120,000,000 from the Plaintiff, and send a written estimate of KRW 120,000,000.

In other words, I changed.

In this regard, on December 7, 2018, the Plaintiff sent a written estimate of KRW 100,000,000, which is the same amount as the previous one, to the Defendant by electronic mail.

The Plaintiff began with the instant construction from December 10, 2018, and completed the work of apartment housing F, around January 3, 2019, and received KRW 27,500,000 from the Defendant on January 7, 2019 as F in the name of working expenses during the work of apartment G.

E. The Plaintiff, as of January 8, 2019, ordered the Defendant to submit the document “E apartment-type construction work in remote areas for common use” to the Defendant. The document is as follows: 10,000 square meters in quantity; 120,000,000 won in value; and 2,500,000 won in value as of the first payment method; 27,50,000 won in total (which was paid on January 7, 2019); 40,000,000 won in value as of January 19, 2019 = 30,000,000 won in value as of January 30, 2019; 30,000,000 won in value as of January 30, 2019; 40,000 won in value as of January 1, 205; 30,000 won in value as of January 19, 2019.
