1. The crime committed on August 7, 2012;
A. From August 7, 2012 to August 8, 2012, the Defendant violated the Game Industry Promotion Act, in collusion with K, an employee, set up 60 games with 33 square meters L in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which did not receive a rating in the 33th-scale game room, and provided an unspecified number of customers for use, and exchanged 10,000 won per 10,000 won for customers who completed the game.
As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified to customers for their use, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained by using game products.
B. On August 10, 2012, the Defendant issued a request to the effect that “I would be regulated because I would operate an illegal entertainment room. If a regulation is conducted, I would be given a fine in lieu of a fine, 1 million won per ten days, and if the case is resolved well, I would be 5 million won as a consolation, so I would like to make a statement from the police to unemployment.” On August 10, 2012, I stated that I would like to be the actual owner at the investigation of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern Police Station and the intelligence team.
Accordingly, the defendant instigated the criminal defendant to escape.
