However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person who sells meat in Daegu North-gu B from around 2004 to September 2016, and from around September 2016 to July 2017, the Defendant is a person who sells meat in the name of “E” from around July 2017 to around July 3, 2017.

A person who intends to operate a livestock product sales business shall report to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the special autonomy.

Nevertheless, from Jun. 2015 to Oct. 23, 2017, the Defendant purchased walk which is a livestock product that packages and sells the meat packaging business in the above E, and supplied approximately KRW 10,000 per month average to 38 business establishments, such as F and G, which are located in Daegu, and supplied approximately KRW 10,00 ($ 2,913,608,39).
