The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant has not arranged for a loan to customers by singing.
2. The defendant asserted the same as the above in the court below, and the court below rejected the above argument by clearly explaining the defendant's assertion and its decision in the column of evidence among the judgment. The judgment of the court below is just and it is not erroneous in the misapprehension of facts and there is no error of law affecting the conclusion of the judgment.
3. Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
