Of the partial damages for delay, the part seeking payment of the amount calculated by applying 12% per annum pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., as amended on May 21, 2019, is recognized as the interest rate from the date of full payment after June 1, 2019. The excess portion is dismissed.
