A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;
(a) No one shall provide game products for the distribution or use, the contents of which are different from those of the rating, or display or store such products for such purposes;
Nevertheless, from May 26, 2012 to June 19, 2012, the Defendant provided an unspecified number of customers with a game software opened and altered 40 game games, which are different from the contents classified by the Game Rating Board, in Ulsan-gu B 2’s “C Gameland”, with a game product of different contents from the contents classified by the Game Rating Board.
(b) No one shall provide game products for distribution or use, which have not been classified, or display or keep them for such purposes;
Nevertheless, from August 6, 2012 to August 14, 2012, the Defendant provided an unspecified number of customers with a game site with 19th degree refused from the Game Rating Board to set up a game product with Blop PC Aide 19 game site in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. to allow them to use the game.
(c) No one shall engage in business of exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;
Nevertheless, the defendant under Paragraph 1 B.
In the same time and place, customers who find the same place had obtained points through the game use in 10,00 won per cash.
2. The defendant who violated the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc.;
paragraph 1(b) at the same time and place as such.
The game money shall be charged with 10,000 won per cash with customers with 10,000 won per 10,000 won per cash, and 100 points shall be extinguished in the case of a single-time opening hole, and if a certain score is obtained according to the forest association of certain sentences, such as the upper and first class on the screen, it shall be acquired up to 50,000 won according to the cumulative score, and 10,000 won shall be acquired.
