The following facts are not disputed between the parties, or can be acknowledged by considering the following facts: Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 4, 6, 9, 27, Eul's evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the results of fact inquiry into Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., and the whole purport of the arguments.

Defendant B is a personal entrepreneur who is engaged in the motor vehicle transaction business in the trade name of “E,” and Defendant C (Defendant B’s partner) is a person who is engaged in the motor vehicle dealing business in the above E.

Defendant D is a private entrepreneur who runs a used vehicle inspection business under the trade name of F.

On August 10, 2013, the Plaintiff concluded a sales contract with Defendant C to purchase KRW 83,00,000 of the purchase price as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant vehicle”) on August 10, 2013, with Defendant C’s “G” posted on the KS website, after reporting on the advertisement, and consulting on the finding.

(A) According to the instant sales contract, KRW 47,00,00 of the down payment out of the said sales price was to purchase the said amount from the Plaintiff at the time, and to substitute the payment of KRW 36,00,000,00 for the remainder of the sales price (i.e., KRW 83,000,000 in - KRW 47,890,000 in - KRW 47,000 in -), registration fees and agency fees, and KRW 500,00 in total.

At the time of the conclusion of the instant sales contract, Defendant B and C appears to have been an employee of Defendant D to check the actual inspection indicated as the inspector by Defendant D.

A used vehicle inspection register (A No. 4, hereinafter referred to as the "inspection register of this case") was issued.

In the inspection record of this case, as to the "accident/accident (excluding simple accident)", the "Ti" column is marked with the "Ti" column, and the "Ti" section is marked with the "Ti" column.
