The defendant is the president of the Democratic Labor Relations Group D Branch E of the Democratic Labor Relations Group, who has participated in the opposing demonstration against the transmission tower.

On July 21, 2014, around 12:30, the Defendant: (a) was engaged in demonstration with the Cheongdo residents and external opposing forces at the construction site of the transmission tower located in the Cheongdo-gun F, Cheongdo-gun; (b) was arrested due to the suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties; and (c) was escorted to the criminal air-conditioning vehicles belonging to the Gyeongcheon Police Station as the body of the said vehicle in order to prevent this, and (d) was destroyed by the 0.5-liter water tank used by the said vehicle in order to stop the above vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the sunlight of vehicles used by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
