Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim who is a child or juvenile.
2. The defendant, who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, has received a transmission of his/her photograph which reveals the body parts of the victim's secret body;
On January 21, 2018, around 14:16, the victim was threatened, and the victim was expected to sit on the side of the underground stairs, which was 1:2 Ra of the apartment B B apartment building F, and then was put in the defendant's sexual organ and the victim was prompt. 3. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other relevant matters).
