A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 27, 201, the Defendant, including criminal power, was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) in the Daejeon District Court Hongsung Branch on May 27, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Correctional District Office on December 3, 201, and is not a person handling narcotics.
2. On April 16, 2014, the Defendant purchased Handphones, around 21:00, KRW 300,000,000,000 for the psychotropic drugs, which are the psychotropic drugs, in a blive injection vehicle located in Bluan-si Bludong-si, and approximately 0.83g of the clive drugs, which were the clive drugs.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones as such.
3. At around 21:00 on April 19, 2014, the Defendant provided a philopon to F, free of charge, the quantity of a philopon to be administered once at a guest room in the E hotel in Boli-si D.

4. Medication of phiphones.
(a) around January 2014, the Defendant inserted the quantity of a H telephone medication into a single-use injection machine in the Helel room located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun G, Chungcheongnam-nam, with I, for a single-use injection, dilution with water, and then injected into the sphosome;
(b) on April 16, 2014, around 21:30, to Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant, parked at the rest area in the vicinity of the national highway, put in a one-time injection unit of philopon in a cloud-on dose in the Defendant’s car parked at the rest area in the vicinity of the national highway and dilution it with water, and then in breathn;
(c) Contain, on April 17, 2014, from 10:00 Bocheon-si, the quantity of a philopon medication once in a one-time injection machine, dilution with water, into the yeast-si, Bocheon-si Mancheon-si;
(d) around 22:00 on April 17, 2014, around 21:00 on the following day; and
4. 25. 21:00, at the K Office of the Defendant’s Republic of Korea located in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Hongsung-gun, the amount of each phiphone administered once in a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and injection into the yeast of arms.
Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones at least six times.
5. On April 26, 2014, the Defendant possessing phiphonephones, at the Defendant’s above office around 21:00.
