Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates two cargo vehicles B.
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.
Nevertheless, at around 17:40 on November 7, 2019, the Defendant parked the above cargo in front of the above cargo vehicle at the 288-5 ambro-distance crosswalk at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 11, 288-5, and made it difficult for the Defendant to find it illegible by putting the test plastic sealing over the front registration number plate of the above cargo vehicle in order to avoid control.
