However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CF rocketing car.

On November 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:10 on November 12, 2017, and made a turn to the right from the intersection of the Plcheon-dong, Seocheon-do, Busan to the Hongcheon-do IC.

Since there is a left left-hand turn sign at all places, the defendant engaged in driving of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to check well the right and the right of the motor vehicle so that it does not interfere with the traffic of other motor vehicles.
