1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 15, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on January 14, 201, lent a total of KRW 60 million to the Defendant on January 14, 201, and KRW 10 million on January 31, 201. As such, the Plaintiff seeking reimbursement of the above loan.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
