1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On March 7, 2016, the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,000,000,000 in borrowed money, which shall be paid in installments from April 2016 to KRW 500,000 each month.
However, the defendant does not perform at all the obligation to pay the above installment.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
