A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.105% from the 3km section of the blood alcohol content to the road in front of the New Coinian department store located in the Dong-gu, U.S. on February 12, 2017 at the high speed of about 00:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.105% from the 3km section of the same Gu to the road in front of the department store.

On February 12, 2017, at around 00:50, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph 1, driven the said car and continued to drive the road of four-lanes in front of the New Cocoin department store in the middle-dong, 1360, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Seoyang-dong, Seoyang-dong, Seoyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, in order to drive the said car normally at a speed, depending on one-lanes from the upstream of the front mountain basin.
