However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Night theft;

A. On February 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on the first day of February 2013, the victim D (58 years of age, n, n) house located in C, the Defendant: (b) opened a gate in which the victim d (58 years of age, nivers, and niversd with the crebs that the victim did not going out; (c) and (d) ruptured with the string of the 200,000 won of the market price at that place;

B. On February 2, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the kitchen window at the house of the victim F (58 years of age, n, n, n) located in B in B, the Republic of Korea, with a view to the fact that only the victims were victims at the house of the victim F (58 years of age, n, n, not corrected; (b) one electronic siren in the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 150,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000; and (c) cut off with 12,000,000, the price of which is equivalent to KRW 23,000.

2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. At around 09:30 on February 2, 2013, the Defendant invaded the victim H (57 years of age, nivers, nivers) located in the Y G in the south Y of the Republic of Korea by deducting the corrective device trees attached to the gate from the cresh that does not work at the house, and caused the intrusion to the inner bank by using a portable audio (industrial) unit equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market price at that place, and a number of pigs kives with approximately KRW 250,000 in the face of KRW 2,50,000 in the face.
