A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

1. On April 12, 2017, around April 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered around 23:05, in order to move to the legal party; (b) opened by discovering three strings managed by the victim E, who was in the legal party, and opened by discovering three strings; and (c) cut off the cash amounting to KRW 300,000,000, in cash owned by the victim.

On April 26, 2017, around April 26, 2017, at night, the Defendant: (a) destroyed at the place specified in paragraph (1) of the aforementioned Article, two stone fighters, which were placed in front of the tin in front of the entrance managed by the said victim, in the manner specified in paragraph (1) of the said Article; and (b) stolen them with cash equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 owned by the said victim.
