Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around October 12, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) driven a motor vehicle with five-lanes in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D with alcohol concentration of 0.156% in blood while under the influence of alcohol around 19:52 on October 12, 2017, and led the Defendant to drive a motor vehicle with one-lanes in the direction of the head of the water station.
At the time, there is a crosswalk at which signal lights are installed at night and at the front door, so there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and properly manipulate the steering and brakes to prevent accidents in advance.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and negligently got the part of the Genz car driven by the Victim F (V, 36 years old) who was waiting for the signal at the front of the Defendant’s day by negligence, and received the part of the Defendant’s front part of the passenger car.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of drinking, resulting in injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in a state of light that requires treatment for about two weeks.
2. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant driven an Ethbluri-ri vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.156% from the 3km section of approximately 3km to the front road in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 19:52, the Defendant driven the Ethluri-ri vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.156%.
3. On October 12, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by police officers H, was arrested of a flagrant offender to H, a police officer affiliated with the I police box, for the same suspicion as paragraphs 1 and 2, around October 20, 2017, and transferred the patrol vehicle to the Suwon Police Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.
When the Defendant arrived at the parking lot of the police station in the patrol, the Defendant took a bath to the police officer as follows: “The Defendant, aground, and expressed his arms to the police officer,” and the Defendant’s person in order for the police officer to close the door.
