The defendant is the victim B (ma, 32 years of age) and female, and the victim C (ma, 60 years of age) and the married couple.

1. On May 2, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Crimes of Domestic Violence orders the Incheon Family Court to prohibit access within 100 meters from the victim B’s residence “Seocheon-gu D apartment and E”.

2. The Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the victim C, who is the wife of the Defendant, did not prepare necessary documents for the loan at the same time and at the same place as the statement in 1-B, but did not have the victim’s face.
