However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On March 26, 2018, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by gathering a table of 2.50,000 won at the victim E market price owned by the Defendant, which was located in the main place where the Defendant was in the Republic of Korea, due to the influence of alcohol at “C” at around 01:20 on March 26, 2018.
