1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 57,651,517 as well as 6% per annum from January 9, 2020 to April 3, 2020 and the next day.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

3. The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the filing date of the instant lawsuit. However, statutory interest rate prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is applied from the day following the date on which the written complaint demanding performance of monetary obligations was served on the obligor. Under the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019), the portion exceeding the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day after the duplicate of the written complaint was served to the day of complete payment is groundless.
