1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 44,619,441 and KRW 30,566,672 among them, per annum from November 7, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 28.5% per annum from November 7, 2017 to the date of full payment, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 44,619,441 and KRW 30,56,672.
