Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On April 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for compulsory indecent act at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 1, 2016.
On December 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year of imprisonment with prison labor and a fine of three million won at the Gwangju District Court on December 20, 2016, and the judgment was finalized on September 29, 2017.
A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit personal information to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from the date a judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit personal information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the Defendant’s domicile from December 1, 2016 to August 1, 2017.

1. Article 50 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Selection of Fines concerning the crime, Article 50 of the same Act and Article 43 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and Selection of Fines;
1. Subsequent to Article 37 of the Criminal Act dealing with concurrent crimes: Provided, That Article 39 (1) (limited to special injury, etc. for which judgment has become final and conclusive, and mutual relation);
1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
