1. On January 31, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Vocational Stability Act, etc. in the Chuncheon District Court’s original branch, and the said judgment was finalized on September 27, 2012. On December 30, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for one year and six months for a violation of road traffic law at the common military court of the Camp-gun Military Headquarters No. 1 on December 30, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 7, 2014.

2. On July 7, 2015, Defendant B was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of two years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Jeju District Court’s original branch on the grounds of Defendant B’s violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (protruding vehicles), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 12

1. On March 14, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) and driven a car without a driver’s license from around 2km to the front road of the F cafeteria in the same city, from around 02:45 on the 14:0 to the front road of the F cafeteria in the same city E.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures after Accidents) by the Defendant driving a car above the border at the time specified in paragraph 1, and driving the car, and making the intersection of the F cafeteria in front of the original city E to turn to the left at the seat of the lower park from the home flusing off to the neighboring park.

Where any person is killed or injured or any goods is damaged by traffic, such as driving of a motor vehicle, the driver and other crew members of the relevant motor vehicle shall immediately stop the motor vehicle and take necessary measures to provide assistance to casualties.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who tried to change the lane on the two lanes of the HH driving, set the top left-hand side of the said HH driving and destroyed the said rocketing car, which was owned by the victim, as well as immediately stopping the vehicle in order to rescue the damaged person, without taking necessary measures.
