Among the instant lawsuits, the part of the claim to confirm the invalidity of the professor promotion refusal disposition and the claim to confirm the invalidity of the disciplinary action for one month salary reduction.
1. Basic facts
A. 1) On March 1, 1998, the Plaintiff’s disposition of refusal to promote the instant case was issued by C University (current name is D University) operated by the Defendant.
hereinafter referred to as "D University"
(1) The plaintiff was appointed as a full-time lecturer in the rehabilitation treatment department and worked as a full-time lecturer in the chemical environmental engineering department from March 1, 1999 to February 28, 2001, and as a full-time lecturer in the department of life applied science department from March 1, 2001 to March 31, 2001, respectively. The plaintiff was appointed as an assistant professor in the department of life applied science and from April 1, 2001 to September 30, 2006, respectively. The plaintiff was appointed as an associate professor in the department of life applied science and the Nanochemical environmental engineering and the associate professor from January 1, 2006 to November 30, 2009, and was employed as an associate professor in the college of culture from January 2, 2007 to November 31, 2009, but was employed as an associate professor in the college of education from March 1, 201 to March 31, 2009>
3) On September 1, 2014, as a result of the examination of the Plaintiff’s promotion of professors, the D University issued the instant disposition rejecting the instant promotion on the ground that “The education field was 7.71 points among the base points for each faculty evaluation field and 100 points for the research field (60 points for education and 25 points for the research field), but the student guidance field was below 45 points, the base point of which was below 30.79 points.” On October 7, 2014, the president of D University notified the Plaintiff of the instant disposition suspending the instant promotion on the ground that the Plaintiff did not hold a disciplinary committee on June 27, 2014, and did not record the Plaintiff’s commuting to and from work as a result of the 2014’s extension to and from work through the “Public Notice of the Promotion of Teachers’ Training” on the bulletin board of D University.
