1. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) is Daegu District Court with respect to real estate stated in the separate sheet to the defendant (Counterclaim plaintiff).

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Of the Plaintiff’s five types, C, the first of them, died of Apr. 1, 1950, D, June 2004, and December 2, 201, respectively, without a child, and only the Plaintiff (no child) who is three women and five women (the Defendant’s mother) are alive.

B. Around 2003, E donated the real estate indicated in the [Attachment List (hereinafter “instant apartment”) to assist the Defendant, who is economically difficult for the economic difficulty. However, on December 18, 2003, E completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the Defendant on the ground of sale, not the donation,.

The contractor shall be named “A” and the contractor shall be named “B” and the contractor shall be named “B” and the contractor shall be defined as follows:

Article 1 Section A shall make a promise to sell the real estate listed in the attached list to Section B at the price of KRW 20 million, and Section B shall accept it.

Article 2. The date of completion of the sale and purchase agreement shall be December 5, 2004, and the sale and purchase agreement shall be deemed to have been completed as a matter of course without the B’s declaration of intention to complete the sale and purchase agreement.

When the sale and purchase has been completed pursuant to Article 3 (2), a drug for the above real estate has been established between Gap and Eul, and Gap shall receive the price under Article 1 from Eul and simultaneously implement the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership due to sale and purchase of the above real estate and deliver and order the real estate to Eul.

Article 4 Section B shall pay Party A the deposit of this reservation amount of KRW 15 million on the date of the reservation, and the amount shall be deducted from the price referred to in Article 1.

Article 5 Section A shall, at the time of this reservation, implement the provisional registration procedure for the preservation of the right to claim for transfer of ownership by means of sale and purchase reservation against Section B.

C. In addition, in preparation for the occurrence of an event where the apartment of this case was seized to a third party due to the failure of economic stability, such as the Defendant’s occurrence, etc. at the time, E would be the fifth day of the same month with respect to the apartment of this case.
