29,700,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant, along with C and D, intended to import psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related kylphones in China. C raised funds to purchase kylphones, and the Defendant purchased kylphones in China and shared the respective roles of D to transport kylphones purchased by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant and C around December 3, 2009, around 3, 2009, delivered approximately 3 million won as the purchase price for phiphones to E and delivered approximately 15 grams of phiphones to D.

Around December 4, 2009, the Defendant: (a) sent about 15 gramphones purchased as above to D; (b) fixed the instant rophones purchased from the Defendant to sprinks on both bucks; and (c) entered the Republic of Incheon International Airport through an aircraft.

Accordingly, the Defendant, along with C and D, imported approximately 15 gramphones. From around that time to April 30, 201, the Defendant conspiredd with C, D, and F, etc. over 15 times in total, and imported 8 gramphones equivalent to the total market price of KRW 28 million in collusion with C, D, and F.

2. On December 2009, the Defendant purchased a penphone with C to purchase and administer it.

Accordingly, on December 2009, the Defendant received 70,000 won from Hadon C for the purchase price of philon and remitted it to D, and around that time, the Defendant received approximately 0.7 grams from Hadon from Hadon H in front of the G restaurant in the Ynsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to purchase philophones.

3. On April 2010, the Defendant purchased a penphone with C to administer it.

Accordingly, the defendant around April 2010 is the trade incompetence in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, under the name of the purchase price of philopon from C.
