The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On December 17, 2019, the Defendant, while visiting the police station for the 159-ro 143 and the first floor of the police station for the Ansan-si during the period of Ansan-si, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim a bath or talk with each other while visiting the police station for the 159-ro 159-gil; and (b) during the period of the 14:00 of the instant charges, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest on one occasion with the victim’s own hand while making a dispute.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260(1) and (3) of the Criminal Act;
(b) He/she shall submit a written application for no punishment that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant after prosecution;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
