1. It was concluded on November 22, 2018 between Defendant D and G as to each real estate listed in attached Tables 1 and 2.
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in light of the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the Plaintiffs and Defendant D; or (b) there is a reply between the parties; (c) the results of each statement of subparagraphs 1 through 4 and the results of the financial transaction information reply; and (d) the purport of the entire pleadings as a result of the market price appraisal entrustment. The above Defendants were led to confession pursuant to Article
A. The Plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against G on October 29, 2018 against G. G directly received a copy of the complaint, etc. of the instant case on November 14, 2018. (2) In the instant case, May 10, 2019, the lower court sentenced that “G would pay to the Plaintiffs the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 25, 2019 to the date of full payment” (Seoul District Court Decision 2019Gahap10403, Jun. 27, 2019).
B. G’s property disposal 1) on November 26, 2018, G completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the real estate listed in attached Tables 1 and 2 to Defendant D on November 22, 2018. At the time of the above sales contract, each of the real estate listed in the attached Tables 1 and 2 was subject to a joint collateral security of KRW 100,100,000, the maximum debt amount of which the IF as a mortgagee, but the said collateral security was cancelled on November 26, 2018, after the conclusion of the said sales contract. (2) G completed the registration of ownership transfer for the real estate listed in attached Tables 1 and 3 to Defendant E on November 21, 2018, due to donation on November 19, 2018.
3) On November 27, 2018, G completed the registration of transfer of name to Defendant F on the motor vehicles listed in attached list No. 4. G. G’s property and the Defendants’ relation 1) G had only 1/2 shares of 2006 model motor vehicles, other than each real estate and motor vehicle listed in the attached list.
2. As of May 1, 2020, the sum of the values of each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 as of May 1, 2020, is KRW 144,480,000.
