On July 24, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven the BKan Corpon in approximately 9km section from the entrance distance of the ship shed located in the Hamsan-gun, Hamsan-gun, Hamsan-gun, the Republic of Korea, to the front of the Hamsan I.C. on the same surface.
