1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant A is a building listed in Section 1 of Annex II’s Schedule;
B. Defendant B shall set out in Appendix 2 List 3.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff’s claim indication entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants as shown in the attached Form 1 with respect to the apartment as indicated in the attached Table 2 list. Since the Defendants delayed the payment of rent and the grounds for the delayed termination of the lease agreement, they seek delivery of the leased object upon the termination of the lease agreement.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
