1. Around January 8, 2011, the Defendant written a false statement to the effect that “a flass is sold” at B, an Internet site that trades used goods, and that “a flass is to send a 140,000 won to the victim C who calls a telephone.”

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell goods to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money of KRW 140,00 from the victim to the financial account under the name of the Defendant at that time, and acquired it by money as the price for goods.

2. On January 9, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I will send 170,000 won to the victim D by telephone,” stating “I will send 170,000 won to I purchase RafINE NANE NA NAS NA.”

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell goods to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money of KRW 170,00 from the victim to the financial account under the name of the Defendant at that time, and acquired it by money as the price for goods.

3. Around February 8, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will send 90,000 won to the victim F, who written the phrase “ would purchase a flasm.” on the Internet website, a trading of used goods, by telephone.”

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell goods to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money of KRW 90,00 from the victim to the financial account under the name of the Defendant at that time, and acquired it by money as the price for goods.

4. On February 6, 2011, the Defendant puts a letter to the effect that “Myeonker(s) will be sold in KRW 1.30,000,” and reported and contacted with it.
