1. The remainder of the sale price shall be the sale price calculated by deducting the auction cost from the sale price, which is 155 square meters in K-Woo-si.

Reasons

The following facts are not disputed by the parties or recognized by Gap 1 and 2:

The real estate stated in the order 1 is jointly owned by the plaintiff and the defendants according to the co-ownership share ratio in the attached Form.

However, the share of L was jointly inherited by Defendant D, I, and J due to his death.

With respect to the above real estate, there is no agreement between the above co-owners on the division, and the area is 155 square meters, which is difficult for co-owners to divide in kind as a receiver.

Therefore, it is reasonable to distribute to the plaintiff and the defendants the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the sale price by the auction, according to the share ratio in the attached Table of co-ownership. It is so decided as per Disposition.
